New Orleans has always been one of my favorite places to visit, so I’m sure you can imagine how excited I was to see so many familiar places copied over into RDR2’s Saint Denis. Emile Commander established a small saloon at the corner of Washington Avenue and Coliseum Street in 1893. Within a few years he turned it into a restaurant patronized by the distinguished neighborhood families of the Garden District. A new photo mode makes it easy to share those moments of awe. History. Everything from Jackson Square to St. Louis Cathedral is re-created in the animated version of the beloved city. As the kind of player who goes on hikes in RDR2 just for the sights and sounds, it's a vital feature. Rockstar even gave Saint Denis a French-inspired name as a way to pay tribute to the French influence characterizing New Orleans.
